I keep coming back for a city break. The staff helped me find a local taxi number on my first stay. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, late check-in/out, bar/lounge, restaurant.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury and exclusivity. the service is impeccable, with staff always ready to assist in any need. the Spa & wellness centre is the perfect place to relax with the body scrub and full-body massages. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are amazing, as well as the steam room and treatment room. the restaurant and bar offer the most delicious cuisine with in-room breakfast available upon request. the private facilities provided were exceptional.

The only minor issue was the lack of live entertainment available. this was not a major concern as the location had plenty of attractions nearby, including a shopping mall, aquarium, and VIP steak restaurant.

I liked that it was spotlessly clean and ideal, the staff were attentive and rooms were brand-new. I booked a room with a nice bed, central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television.

Thanks a lot for the very relaxing stay for business trip. No complaints, I will definitely go back there again and would recomand it to all.

My wife says that the hotel lacks a dedicated kids' club, which would be great for families with children.

Outstanding hotel, the stay was MEMORABLE, best possible location very close to the airport. Our premium king room was with an excellent view and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The entire hotel was reasonably clean and the room was beautifully designed. The venue had a central position close enough to airport. I liked the room, the bed was comfortable.

Fairly clean brand-new hotel, the location and staff were very good. The room was very specious, with an excellent view. We ate at a nice restaurant with excellent food.

The room at Crowne Plaza Florya Istanbul was like a dream with premium bedding and a stunning garden/sea view. The comfy bed and thoughtful touches like a laptop-friendly workspace made me feel pampered, ensuring a restful stay.

The general areas were well-lit and had comfortable seating, making it easy for senior people to relax and take in the ambiance. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was commendable, with easily navigable hallways and spacious elevators that made getting around a breeze.

I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if the hotel could ensure that the children of the staff are attentive and quick to assist with any needs that may arise.

Every detail of this practical property was fantastic. Helpful and extremely friendly staff, we liked them all. The accommodation had a central location close to airport. We spent evenings at Hayal kahvesi, situated 700 feet from the hotel.

Everything was very good as always. The accommodation provided essentials for our trip, we liked location and rooms. The views from our great bedroom were astonishing.

Great Location: the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it an ideal choice for transit stays. It also offers a free shuttle service, which is a bonus. the hotel overlooks the sea, providing a beautiful view.

Noisy Atmosphere: the hotel tends to have a noisy atmosphere, especially in the mornings. the music from the pool area can be heard in some rooms, which can be disruptive and interfere with your peace and quiet.

The hotel had superb staff who were very helpful. My room was spacious and had a delicious plate of fruits and snacks, and they provided great amenities. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a 5-star hotel! Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

As a woman traveling alone, I loved the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The hotel had clean rooms, a nice walking path, and a pool area. They accepted pets and were willing to accommodate special requests. The breakfast had excellent variety and there were many local restaurants within walking distance.

The spa procedures, especially the hammam and massages, were of high quality and value for money. Additionally, this hotel is in a prime location in the beautiful Florya neighborhood, nearby Aqua Florya mall, and great restaurants. The friendly and accommodating staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Istanbul for a few days for a family vacation. The hotel's location is superb, offering stunning sea views and access to beautiful walks. The spacious room with a huge window was a highlight, and the breakfast was delicious with enough variety for us as vegetarians. The facilities, including the swimming pool and sauna, were great additions to our stay.

The hotel location is far away from the airport and the city center, making it a rather inconvenient choice for solo travellers. However, a children's park is located just a 5-minute walk away, and Florya mall is nearby.

The staff's poor room service can be quite frustrating, as one reviewer noted that they couldn't order milk for their son due to the staff being "too busy.

The hotel offers a stunning view of the Marmara Sea, which made my morning coffee feel like a scene from a movie. It was a perfect way to start the day, feeling like I was living in a postcard.
